Go deeper with this beautifully supportive 90 minute 1-2-1 bespoke session that combines Reiki, EFT, Coaching and more, supporting you as you create a deep sense of peace, clarity and relaxation. Gently identify and eliminate any blocks or limiting beliefs that are holding you back, and be supported as you learn to tune in and trust your inner guidance. Heather gently guides you through the session, working with Reiki energy throughout and using tools and techniques to support you both during the session and beyond. Empowering, healing and insightful. You will be asked to complete a pre-session intake form prior to your 1st session outlining your current situation, issues or challenges and goals. This allows us to quickly get to work and make changes fast. In person in Bunbury, WA, or Online
