What happens during a session?:
Each session starts with a quick chat* to connect and discuss any areas you feel need support or healing.
When ready to begin, remaining fully clothed, you simply sit or lay quietly, eyes closed, allowing yourself to relax and receive as blissful Reiki energy flows to you, as I place my hands gently on, or just above your body**.
You may feel pleasant sensations of heat, cool or tingling, and a deep sense of relaxation which may even mean you fall asleep (as many clients do!).
*Many people really benefit from discussing their situation, however, please let me know if you would prefer not to talk / discuss your situation. Reiki goes where it is needed without the need for words and a session can be very successful without if preferred.
**Please let me know if you prefer not to be physically touched. Distance / Online sessions are available and very effective if you would prefer to receive in your own space.
How does a Distance / Online session work?
Don't I need to be there in person for the most benefit?
Reiki is the most incredible energy, more intelligent than we can imagine and luckily for us in no way constrained by time and space like we are! We ALL have access to this energy, and during our session I support you to relax and allow yourself to receive it.
Reiki will flow to where it is needed most, always for your highest good. You simply need to be open to receiving and Reiki will do the rest.
All you need is:

Internet/phone connection (for live sessions*)

A quiet, comfortable space to relax where you will not be interrupted

A glass of water
-
An open mind and heart

You may also like to have a notebook and pen at hand to take note of any insights you may wish to reflect back on later.
*If you are in a position where you do not wish to have direct contact or you are in a different time zone, a fully remote session is possible.
As an Intuitive Coach I work closely with my own intuition to enable me to best serve you and understand your needs, whilst also guiding you to open to and trust your own intuitive abilities.

I take guidance from my higher self to support and guide you to do the same. So you can learn how to tune into and trust your inner voice, that inner compass that we all have. The guidance that led you to reading this! The inner knowing you already have that knows all you need to, but that has been drowned out by the noise of the world.
